Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. When the time came for us to purchase a new vehicle we immediately decided upon Toyota Town. We were able to discuss models that best served our needs and lifestyle without feeling pressured. We chose and purchased our new Rav 4 within two days with the professional support of our option advisor, Gwen. The over-all experience did not prove onerous. We recommend Toyota Town enthusiastically to all who ask. More

Excellent Dealership to Deal with We have just leased a 2019 Highlander Limited. We dealt with both Ken Yates and Gwen Jones. They were both more than helpful Toyota Personnel. They both worked very hard in arranging the new SUV being built and shipped to their dealership for us. Gwen spent lots of time with both my husband and myself going over all details of the lease. Ken also spent lots of time with us and once our vehicle arrived he went through all the Bells & Whistles of this SUV with both of us. Great dealership to deal with. No pressure but great sales Reps.
