Gwen started into Toyota Sales over 19 years ago. She had been a "soccer mom", in fact, a competitive swimming mom who had always been drawn to automotive sales. Gwen's uncle was in the business for over 50 years and encouraged her to pursue her passion. Toyota proved to be the ideal manufacturer for Gwen to work for with its industry leading standards, integrity and involvement in the community. In the fall of 2010 Gwen moved home to London after being gone for many years and applied at ToyotaTown because of its achievements as a dealership and its incredible management staff. Since then, she has loved getting to know the London community and the surrounding area, again. Great service, great experience! Gwen was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She put us at ease right away and had thoughtful and complete answers for any questions we had. Gwen Jones Toyotatown I am in the market to purchase a new compact SUV and recently had the pleasure to work with Gwen Jones at Toyotatown. Gwen represents her company and I am in the market to purchase a new compact SUV and recently had the pleasure to work with Gwen Jones at Toyotatown. Gwen represents her company and its products in a very professional manner. Any car dealership would be proud and eager to have her as a member of their product advisors' team. She has detailed product knowledge and did not try to sell me a car I did not want. She understood my needs. Unfortunately, she was not able to complete a sale with me because there was no reasonable date on when I could expect delivery of a new 2019 Rav4 Limited hybrid. If there was a car available I would have paid cash for the car after meeting with her. It is important to note that the sales process was also complicated by the fact that a trailer hitch at present is not available for the new Rav4s from Toyota. I highly recommend people interested in buying Toyota products to give Gwen a call. Also, I feel it is important for management not to judge Gwen’s performance on not being able to sell a car that is not available. Gwen should be judged on her skills and abilities to represent her company with dignity. I hope Toyota can get things figured out so that quality products can continue to be sold by a talented professional. More

Both Gwen and Ken were very thorough and knowledgeable about the car products, and they answered all my questions that I had about everything! Even on the test drive, Ken patiently responded to all my queries, and when Gwen went over the features in the car, I had to ask her to repeat what she had said MANY times! They were pleasant, caring, and willing to help in any way. I appreciated working with both Gwen and Ken, as well as Rita, and the transaction was completed without difficulty.
