I first met Gwen Jones about a year ago when I took my 2013 Camry in for servicing. I was looking around the show room while waiting for my car and she took the time to answer my questions about the Corolla even though she knew I was not in the market for a new car at that time. I was impressed with her for that reason and because of that when I was ready to buy, I specifically set up an appointment with her to make my new purchase. Again, she did not disappoint and we now have a new 2021 Corolla Hatchback! More

I needed to buy a car urgently, as my car was unfortunately stolen! I was lucky enough to have Gwen Jones as a salesperson, actually she is a genuine advisor more than a salesperson! The numbers were always clearly presented to us in a way that was easy to understand and compare with other numbers. No longer will we regard this as a rodeo like experience but from now on we actually look forward to it. As someone with anxiety issues I feel the team did everything possible to make sure I didn't feel pressured or overwhelmed at all. Will be happy to recommend to our friends and family. More
