Josh was very busy when we arrived but he came to see us and let us know he would be with us asap. He introduced us to Greg so he could get an idea what we wanted. We drove a couple of Grand Caravans and looked at a Journey. He was very honest about the Journey not being a 'real' 7 seater which we needed with a growing family. It met all of our qualifications and he even held our baby for us while we were doing paperwork and going over our options. After listening to him and his suggestions we ended up with the perfect car for our family. We also got an amazing warranty thanks to the excellent suggestion and informed help of the finance manager Greg Proulx. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, at no point did we feel pressured to buy or make a decision. From the moment we walked in the dealership doors for the first time to the moment we drove our new Jeep Wrangler off the lot, the staff was superb. It is wonderful to not feel like you are being pressured into a sale. We cannot speak highly enough about our buying experience with Wayne. He was kind, supportive and knowledgeable from the start and made everything so easy, comfortable and natural. He and Zack were very accommodating when it came to test-driving and trying out different vehicles to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We are a young professional couple and at other dealerships we had visited, we felt prejudged and misunderstood. This was NOT the case with Wayne and Zack. They worked hard and quickly to get us the best possible deal on the Jeep that would be the best match for us, no questions asked. Greg in Finance was also awesome - he was thorough and friendly and made the daunting paperwork a breeze. These guys went WAY above and beyond what we would ever expect from a car dealer...they literally left no stone un-turned and we have complete peace of mind knowing that if we ever need anything related to our Jeep, these guys will have our back. Very Happy Customer! I began my search for a new/used car 02/07/2015…car wanted…Challenger! I messaged John and went over to see him in person. He showed me beauty…but I began my search for a new/used car 02/07/2015…car wanted…Challenger! I messaged John and went over to see him in person. He showed me beauty…but I quickly realized that a challenger was NOT for me! So now what?? I have no idea what I want! I have a check list, but not sure what make, model, etc. I want now! John worked with me for at least 2.5 hours walking around the lot in the cold looking at inventory for something I liked. Thought I found it, and even took an SUV for a test drive. Wasn’t the one for me either! Feeling defeated and very unsure of what it was I was looking for, John told me not to worry, I would find the vehicle I loved and he was here to help! So we decided to take a walk into the showroom to go over my wants, my needs, and anything else I want in a car/truck/suv in more detail! As soon as I walked through the door…there she was! A brand new 2015 Jeep Sahara Unlimited!! The only reason we didn’t look at this first, was because I told John I wanted a Dodge! I have never even thought of a Jeep! I assure you that I am so pleased with the treatment and service I received; I will not stop referring friends, family or even strangers to John! He made my adventure in finding whatever it was I was looking for fun, and easy! Thank you John, to the moon and back for your patience (with a gal that had no idea what she was looking for), and incredible service! I WILL buy from you again when the time comes!
