Every question I had was answered, every unknown for me as this was all new, everyone was very patient and understanding, informative and so helpful finding me a vehicle I would enjoy to drive. Craig Harwood went above and beyond, taking me on several test drives making sure I found one that fit both my kids and my needs and my budget. The customer service I received was excellent, above expectation. I was nervous doing this on my own, and they all made me fell so comfortable, helped me in anyway they could, made this process go as smoothly as they could. Everyone at Finch was very friendly and made it a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anyone! Wish I could pop in and visit, thanks guys! More

My experience with Justin was stellar. He has the knowledge and service skills mixed with the perfect amount of humor and no pressure sales that make him a must to deal with when buying a vehicle. He was a pleasure to deal with and things happened when he said they would.....which is important to me. I would recommend Justin to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and would not hesitate one second to send them to this Finch dealership. I received prompt thorough replies back through email. I made arrangements to come see it and to go for a test drive. I was very greatfull they had extended hours; as I live about an hour and a half from London and work full time. The staff had even stayed after hours to assist me which I greatly appreciated! The vehicle was in mint condition for a very fair price. I had a great over all experience with Finch! More
