We are very pleased with the level of service we receive from Erinwood Ford. We have leased and purchased from Graham over several years, I've lost count of how many trucks we've leased from him. He has been our go-to Sales Representative from day one. We love his honesty, as he is straight forward with details, and always works to give you the best deal possible. Additionally Graham stays in touch after the sale to check in from time to time to see how things are and how we are liking the vehicle; additionally he will always stop by to say hello if he sees you in the dealership at any time. I had the pleasure of purchasing a 2021 Explorer Limited from Erinwood Ford. When I arrived I was greeted by Martin Menzies and Matt Trueman. Martin Menzies proceeded to assist us. He proceeded to show us the vehicle and allowed us to test drive it while he appraised my trade in. He went over the various features of the vehicle with us. He introduced us to Ali Sharafeldin who appraised our vehicle- we agreed on a price and moved forward with the purchase. Martin introduced us to Adam Pellegrin who assisted us with the bill of sale. He went over the extended warranty options with us and answered all of our questions. As a result, we moved forward with the extended warranty on the vehicle. Martin was very accommodating with the delivery date for the vehicle. He had it ready as promised. The vehicle was delivered in pristine condition to us. We had a wonderful experience with Martin Menzies, Adam Pellegrin, Ali Sharafeldin, Matt Trueman and Graham Townsend. Great team effort and professionalism was shown by the Erinwood Ford Team.
