Due to the fact that so many different people from Capital helped with one individual vehicle sale, this experience was a complete and total success. It is extremely tough to find an SUV with 4x4 and absolutely NO leather. Even more difficult is the fact that it has to be a Jeep. But these lovely folks did it because it was important to me. Thank you for going to such lengths to find my perfect vehicle (especially when I'm so picky!) and getting me a lower interest rate to boot. I definitely tell my friends and family that they need to come see you guys whenever they are in the market for new (or used) wheels. People would be silly to shop[ anywhere else. I found the low-mileage used car I was looking for on Capital's website (the website is very well organized and maintained as well) but because I live 650kms away (near Calgary) I relied heavily on Lana Capital's website (the website is very well organized and maintained as well) but because I live 650kms away (near Calgary) I relied heavily on Lana and Jazz to help me over the phone, emails and even YouTube! Lana forwarded several photos of the car and then even uploaded a video walk-through of the car to YouTube so that I could be comfortable with my decision to drive so far to buy the car. I was very nervous about committing to drive 6.5 hours each way just to look at a used vehicle but Lana volunteered to take the car for a drive for me, she tested all of the buttons and electronics, and she even confirmed that the interior didn't smell like smoke because that would have been a deal-breaker for me!! I had an existing car that I was going to sell privately but thanks to Jazz and Gord I was able to get an estimated value of my car as a trade-in based on my description of it and the VIN, and that convinced me to drive to Regina instead of fly. It turned out that the final offer fell within the estimated value so we completed the deal, swapped licence plates and I was on the road home with my new (used) car. When we arrived at Capital we were immediately treated professionally and courteously, and Capital's estimator quickly completed an offer for my trade-in and we were able to do up the paper work (thanks Tony) and get me back on the road as quickly as possible. I am very pleased with the entire experience and want to congratulate Mr Axelson and the Capital team for the successful dealership they have! I'll be back to Capital GMC again for sure. More
