He was very patient, honest, and really on the ball with all the paperwork that had to be done. Justin was more than what I was expecting from a vehicle sales associate and really gave me a great impression on the company as a whole by having him employed there. I had also dealt with Gord, who was very kind and thorough about the process I had to take to finance a vehicle. He was very informative and clear on what needed to be done and what options I had to choose from. I would definitely recommend both these employees to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Overall, I would rate this dealership and it's employees 12/10.. (12 because they threw in a trip to las vegas for me) and 10 shiny golden stars for Justin and Gord for all their help! I had no issues what so ever! Thankyou so much for everything and I will definitely enjoy my new set of wheels!... maybe do a set of donuts because of how amazing my new vehicle is!! More

I went for a trade in ended and up leaving a proud new owner of a Chrysler 200c. I met with Ginny Hansen, without even knowing a thing about me.. She put me in my ideal car. I knew as soon as I opened the door lol she was so helpful and explained everything so well when it came to that confusing sign everything stage haha. Reassuring me that she is always a phone call away. When you enter the dealership.. You don't seem a stranger to them that's how friendly they are.. And when you leave, you feel like you've made a few friends. This place is awesome. More

He made it quick and painless and even afterwards has kept in contact with me on various occasions to make sure I'm still in love with my jeep (which I am :) ) I frequently get emails and reminders about deals and service appointments. Even financing with gord was lovely, took the time to explain every detail to me. I have no regrets and loved my experience with Finch Chrysler dodge jeep ram :) and I apologize for my late review, I've been having too much fun with my jeep! More
