I actually showed up at the dealership after hours and they offered to help me without feeling pressured to buy! Goldie was very warm and welcoming! He confidently answered all my questions I had about the Terrain, teaching me about all the bells and whistles my vechile came with. They had the vehicle ready for me by 5:30 the following day! Interactions I had will all of their staff was great, no pressure sales tactics were used and they took the time to hear me out. I would highly recommend Capital GMC Buick for your next automotive purchase. I also got to give a shout-out to their parts department, they were a big help in picking out some of the accessories I wanted. Best part of their service was a follow up call a week later to inquire how I was enjoying my new purchase. Great work Capital, keep it up!! More
