I purchased a 2024 Tahoe RST in December of 2023 and in July there was a mishap during my first oil change. Vehicle sale with Gianni went well a few weeks ago but came to find that one of my truck's 360 view cameras was non-functional. I scheduled a service visit and once there, waited 3 hours to have the news came to find that one of my truck's 360 view cameras was non-functional. I scheduled a service visit and once there, waited 3 hours to have the news of "we ordered the part, come back later" with zero updates along the way despite requesting them through the text communique that I received at check in telling me I could. I texted at 2 hours, 2.5 hours and finally went to the service desk at 3 hours to get answers or an update to find my paperwork just sitting there waiting. Not a great Customer Experience on the service side of things. More
