I would not recommend this location I have bought 2 vehicles from here and both time have had several problems with the vehicle, take it in to service and get told unless it has a check engine light we vehicles from here and both time have had several problems with the vehicle, take it in to service and get told unless it has a check engine light we won't fix it. I have had a leaking sunroof for over a year and a dent still waiting for a return call to be fixed as it was stated in my first service at this location they are just waiting until the dent repair guy comes in (dent was from a issue before or during the painting stage) still waiting 1 year later I have brought it up on multiple occasions. I wrote a negative review today regarding Peter Smith and their maintenance program. I went for an oil change this morning after being sent an Email for $30.00 off on an oil change. I am an old dude and not their maintenance program. I went for an oil change this morning after being sent an Email for $30.00 off on an oil change. I am an old dude and not up to speed with computer knowledge. I needed a document printed off my computer that states I get $30.00 off. I do not have a printer on my computer so after the patient young lady tried to get the document printed off at Peter Smith it was no avail. I did not get the oil change. When I got home I was angry I called Peter Smith and spoke to the Service Manager. He was so very patient with me and assisted me in getting the Email sent to him. I am scheduled to go back this afternoon to get the oil change. I am so very sorry that anger took over with me printing a negative review on Peter Smith GM dealer. The maintenance manager walked me through on sending him the Email I received. Again, I would like to apologize to all members of Peter Smith for my negative views on this dealership. They have always serviced my vehicle and that will not change. I AM TRULY SORRY. More
