On Saturday, May 21, 2016, when we first arrived, we were approached by Garry Punia, who was very friendly and welcoming. After checking out some floor models, we went to Garry's office to discuss what we were looking for in a vehicle, and he was very helpful, and knowledgeable. Once we had spent some time with Garry, Shaun Barabonoff came to speak to us. Shaun was also very warm and helpful. On our return visit, on May 24th, to pick up our new Encore, Kevin Gatschene met with us, and explained the finance side of the sale. Kevin was also very helpful. Before we left, there were a few details to take care of and Garry, although he was very busy, took the time to sit and talk with us until the new vehicle was ready to go. All in all, our time spent at Capital GMC was a very pleasant experience. More
