Franklin is awesome to deal with! ! I met him after I bought my first VW as my sales lady moved into the financing department at the dealership. She recommended Franklin when my mom ! He was excellent with her and she did buy the Atlas Cross Sport. After that he always came to say hi if I was in the service department with my Tiguan getting an oil change. He is always extremely personable and makes you feel truly like part of the VW family. I knew he was the one to reach out to after losing my Tiguan in an accident and knew instantly was choosing a VW again. He was amazing to work with on upgrading to an Atlas Cross Sport. Will always recommend him to anyone I know looking for a new or used vehicle. He is knowledgeable, honest and kind. I know it takes a team when purchasing a vehicle and their whole team is great but Franklin is the real star in dealership. More
