I had never gone to Automaxx before, and was greeted immediately when I walked in the door by Frank. He was very friendly and helpful. We talked about what I was looking for and we looked for some vehic immediately when I walked in the door by Frank. He was very friendly and helpful. Frank drive me over to the other location, and I quite liked one of the 3. Mike ran through all the numbers with me before I left to think it over. The next week or so, Frank was so patient with me while I asked a million questions and they were able to secure a great interest rate for my financing. They really are a white glove service. They guided me through every step of the process through the purchase and delivery and even assisted with questions after the vehicle was delivered. I really appreciate Frank and Mike and their amazing customer service and would not hesitate to buy again from Automaxx and recommend to others. More
