I ended up purchasing a different car than the one I made the apt to see. My experience on the first floor was pleasant. However on the second floor with the Finance and Insurance manager wasn't as. I was not financing and was not in the market for any extras. I still have the balance of the remaining warranty, and free oil changes. I don't think he was happy that I made these decisions. Over all I returned a few days later to pick up my new to me car. I was a tad unhappy that it wasn't detailed when I picked it up. It was full of gas and had been washed. Due to it being a previous rental it has some scratches and chips that I would have apreciated them to either have touched up/buffed out or include a touch up paint sample. More
