From the initial point of contact Farid did everything he could to make my experience enjoyable. He is very professional and treats you with the up most respect. One issue we encountered was trying to locate either a black or white car. Farid and his team checked every dealership and wasn't able to locate anything. We finally decided on another option- and i'm so happy we did. Farid was very patient and understanding to my specific requests and did everything he could to make it happen. Since driving away in my new Chevy Cruze he has followed up with me to make sure I am happy with my purchase. No other dealership i've dealt with has ever put this much thought and effort into their post-sales customer service. Overall great experience, I will definitely be returning in the future when upgrading or purchasing another vehicle. . More

Farid provided a no-pressure and informative service from the test drive right through to the sale of the car. He was very clear about what was and was not included with the purchase and he was open to reasonable negotiation. Even though it was a german manufacturer, he and the service team were able to repair some minor imperfections that were noted on the test drive at no extra cost. Safety and etest were included in dale price and there were no hidden fees. Would recommend this team to any one in the market for a pre-owned car and desire a straight forward service. More
