Ask all the terms and conditions before you sign the papers Walked into this dealership and no one served us for 20 mins until we told the receptionist we were leaving because no one is free to serve us. Had the test drive by ourselves with no one really explaining the features (we did research online before the test drive) to us. Anyway, i think is okay to have the test drive ourselves so we can test all the features we had researched. Remember to ask all the term and conditions before agreeing to the price they offered. E.g. Lifetime free oil change will be voided if you stop servicing at the dealership. Explanation and presentation of the vehicle at delivery was awesome! I would say overall experience is on average and we will try out other dealership for our next car to get more services before signing the papers. More

Bad service overall i am disappointed on my honda odyssey 2017 that i bought. I went saturday and took my car to service because the lights was flickering and the car was i am disappointed on my honda odyssey 2017 that i bought. I went saturday and took my car to service because the lights was flickering and the car was wobbling everytime i pressed the break. I had an appointment at 8 am and waited for a FEW HOURS for the service and was told honda tech was closed and couldnt diagnosed the problem and have to come back during weekdays. And i came back monday they said they will order the parts and need to come back again.I am so disappointed with the service. First , time is very important to me. It was a waste of time and gas. Now taking an off at work during weekdays is not easy for me. Second, why did they sell me the car that is not in good condition? More

Great experience! We did our homework, compared similar vehicles and it came down to a Honda CRV. Wheaton Honda - we dealt with Evans Majiri - was fair and patient :) We did our homework, compared similar vehicles and it came down to a Honda CRV. Wheaton Honda - we dealt with Evans Majiri - was fair and patient :) (I do love the haggling!). Would not hesitate to recommend Evans - or Wheaton Honda. Hopefully the service will be as good as the selling! Carlos did our 'orientation' - lots of features on this vehicle that we were not familiar with He was very patient ... and explained everything we needed to know. Great job! More

Great service and Evans was very kind and helpful. He answered all our questions and was knowledgeable of the vehicles we saw. As with any car purchase, haggling over the price was stressful and I did no answered all our questions and was knowledgeable of the vehicles we saw. As with any car purchase, haggling over the price was stressful and I did not like the "hidden fees" added on after we reached a deal. For example, the block heater. I was told that looking at prices on-line would be higher as they charge for block heaters. When building our vehicle on-line, I was told to NOT add the block heater as this is a standard item for every vehicle. At the end, the cost was added on. Same with wheel locks. I will know better next time! More
