I actually started out working at Campbell Ford in the detail department, worked here for 6 years while going back and forth to IUSB. Graduated from IUSB with a Bachelor's degree in Finance. I left as manager of the detail department at Campbell's for a job at a manufacturing company in Elkhart as a financial analyst. Ended up working there for a couple years before getting laid off. What brought me back to Campbell's was the people and superior work environment. I enjoy working with all of my customers and thrive on getting them the best deal I can... Post sale reflection was that we were "sold" on a vehicle that was not very nearly what we had asked them to find for us. Truly felt manipulated by sales. The Body Shop team on the other hand was exce that was not very nearly what we had asked them to find for us. Truly felt manipulated by sales. Campbell Ford Review: During financing I wish there was some more transparency about interest rates from Bill, I had to ask for him to show me dealer rates. I would've liked some time to go over dealer finance options versus third party finance options such as through a credit union. Perhaps they gave me the best deal, but not knowing for sure is what bothers me. This was my first experience financing in general so I wasn't sure of the questions to ask. More
