Mr. Jelks really worked out everything and took time, his positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is very much appreciated. He is very knowledgeable and top of his work. I'm so pleased how he handled everything. As for the dealership, Giving UBER instead rental car to the customer is very inconvenient you need to do something about it and improve the process. I know we are not perfect, Active listening ,Empathy, Professionalism ,Honesty and Transparency are the Key for improvement. Thank you so much to all the Staff Amber, Erika, Mariano, Mr. Bang, and Mr. Woody. who help me the entire process. Kudos to Mr. Forrest Jelks! More

Horrible customer service. My tire blew out not even two months of having it and they did not want to help me at all.
