When my husband and I went to Mazda of elk Grove to check out this car we saw on the website, We were nervous about meeting a sales person to make this big and important purchase. We ran into Eric as we walk out this car we saw on the website, We were nervous about meeting a sales person to make this big and important purchase. We ran into Eric as we walked inside. He made us feel welcome. We immediately felt comfortable with Eric. Eric Fernandez Cervantes was amazing throughout the process. He demonstrated transparency throughout the deal. He was knowledgeable and attentive. We made a deal that we are pretty happy about.
