As you mentioned, your F150 was purchased used with 140,000 kilometers on it, and you decided to proceed with your purchase without extended warranty coverage. Unfortunately, used vehicles can sometimes present unforeseen issues that aren’t immediately apparent at the time of sale. Regarding the check engine light, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the faulty replacement part and it having to be done again. We made every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. I just want the issues resolved once and for all so we can move forward the engine shakes scott. R is aware of what needs to be done i have a recording of him saying if i dont take down my review he wont fix it ..knowing that i was sold a truck with major issues and a broken tailgate.

I have the remarks in writing regarding pertaining to deal..the noise need to be fix as per deal with eric. It just keeps getting worse i have yet to make it home without something going wrong.
