I brought my F150 in for a large engine repair. Things came back "incomplete" as I had a check engine light after taking the vehicle home. Service here is atrocious. I had a recall in February. They had to order the parts. Called me when the part was in, transferred me over to leave a message to schedule my car an I had a recall in February. They had to order the parts. Called me when the part was in, transferred me over to leave a message to schedule my car and no one ever called me back. Called them and told them I had several issues. First I got an update thanking me for using my rewards on May 1. I was never there on May 1 so who used my 30,000 rewards points? Said they couldn't refund my points back even though they were fraudulently used despite me not being there since February. They said they will use it for my service but my Lincoln services are prepaid and my car is still under warranty, so that doesnt help. My 30,000 points are like $350. Then I can't get my car in to get fixed or serviced because they told me they have 20,000 customers and only 12 loaners. Having a guaranteed loaner and pick up and drop off service is the reason why I bought a Lincoln and paid extra but it's of no use because they don't honor the service they sold me. Classic bait and switch!! They did a bait and switch. This is my first Lincoln and the customer service has been atrocious. I have called the GM and left several messages. I feel like I purchased a yugo out of a back alley with the service I haven't received. I would give them no stars if I could. More

Traded my 17 F250 for a 22 bronco (used 50k miles). Needed a trans in the first week. Manager was Terrible to deal with. I asked since my old truck was still there if i could have it back and was told no. Deal is done. Had to call corp. Ford and get them to call the dealer as it was sold being blue certified. I mentioned on the day of the test drive that it sounds little funny and was told that happens when its cold. Found out afterwards that it was a know problem. Earl told me after lots of phone calls that he would get it fixed. Still took a month for parts. Had to push hard to get a loaner. This is the third vehicle i have bought from Koons Annapolis. Probably won't be going back, not the vehicles fault. Just the interaction with the management. Service department was great even though it took a month for parts. I just don't understand selling something with a known issue still under warranty and was (Blue) certified inspected. More
