We had an amazing experience. We drove in from Ontario to find out if we could trade in our 2016 Tucson for a Palisade. We arrived and they were super busy, they made sure we were comfortable and offered cof find out if we could trade in our 2016 Tucson for a Palisade. We arrived and they were super busy, they made sure we were comfortable and offered coffee. Lucas started us off then Doug finished. Chris was amazing as our finance guy. 2 weeks later we are still receiving emails asking how we are doing. We have never been treated that kindly from Hyundai in our home town. Doug was a true gentleman, very interested in our needs and went that extra mile to support us. He answered all our questions with sincerity and honesty and quite simply guided us with ease through our vehicle selection, purchase decision and negotiation. A man of integrity, people of Doug's character do not come along often and we're so appreciative to have worked with him. Colin Turnbull guided us through our financing plans. Similar to Doug, a really nice guy and very intelligent. He knows his stuff but more importantly learns about his client's needs very quickly. He coached us through a variety of purchase finance options with ease and we found his approach to be A Plus. We were also introduced to Ryan Dyck and Reuel Sansregret. Both are genuinely kind and funny, and made us feel like part of the Winnipeg Hyundai family.
