After d After moving to Canada I was looking for a solid car within a budget. Since I've been driving VW's for over 10 years now my choice was simple. After diving around and looking at multiple cars I found online, we stopped at M.R. VW just to see what they have in stock and they did have something I was interested in. Mostly because it was not an automatic, which is kind of hard to find in Canada. The people at the dealership are super friendly and what I really liked that they took good care of me, even though I was on a budget and unfortunately, that's not always the case. All in all my experience with this dealership was really good. Why not excellent? Unfortunately, there was some miscommunication - I wasn't told something I should have been informed about, someone missed out on it - regarding the condition of my car and the sale contract. While trying to sort things out, I had to follow up a lot instead of being contacted, but everything is fine now. That's the only reason I can't give this dealer 5 stars in total. Other than that, Chris, Trevor and Doug were very helpful and friendly and did their best to help me out. More

Excellent Service I just bought a new Jetta TDI and wanted the 'horn-on-lock' feature disabled. Doug at Maple Ridge Volkswagon said no problem, just bring it in. A no pressure experience I have been to many dealerships over the past few months and nowhere have I encountered such friendly sales and service staff. The vehicle I was look I have been to many dealerships over the past few months and nowhere have I encountered such friendly sales and service staff. The vehicle I was looking for was not in their inventory but within minutes they found me one which was arriving that weekend destined for one of their partner dealerships. This vehicle had more options than the one I had inquired about and was at a better price. This will be the fourth VW product in our immediate family. All these people together left me with no doubt that I will be well looked after in the future. More

My sister and I drove to San Francisco in it and she fell in love with it too. She will come there when she is ready for a new car too! I have all my service done there as well, and they are super accommodating as well. I work night shift so you're not getting my car early in the morning, and I can always get an appointment that suits my schedule . I highly recommend these people and will continue to return for my future purchases and service. More

Old Fashion Customer Service On June 10, 2014 I took my Passat in to Maple Ridge VW for a regular service. The service adviser who I was directed to was Doug Da Costa. I was very On June 10, 2014 I took my Passat in to Maple Ridge VW for a regular service. The service adviser who I was directed to was Doug Da Costa. I was very impressed with the high level of serve which Doug provided to me. He listened to my concerns, asked the right questions and made sure that I felt assured knowing that the car would be repaired correctly. After picking up my car, I later noticed that the trunk would not open, so I called Doug to inform him of this. He apologized for any inconvenience and immediately set up a time for me to take my car in to your dealership, which was on the following morning. Upon arriving, Doug came outside to greet me and was accompanied by a mechanic. Within minutes, there was a team of 4 searching for the root of the problem. As the trunk could only be opened from the inside, Doug told the mechanics that he was wearing clean cloths thus he volunteered to crawl in the trunk and open it. In a very short time, they had determined the root of the problem and immediately repaired it. Within 15 minutes of arriving I was on my way with a functional trunk lid. Although this was clearly a group effort, Doug had orchestrated the VW team thus ensuring that my car would be repaired. Thanks Doug and Team! More
