Very easy to deal. They were unable to put me in exactly what I wanted by no means was that on them. I Purchased a used vehicle here, Take note its my first time so basically i am gullible, The first problem i encounter to the vehicle is the lights the right light it's not working but they fix it after a time so basically i am gullible, The first problem i encounter to the vehicle is the lights the right light it's not working but they fix it after a week, Then not even a month the emergency break is stop working so sadly its christmas season i need to wait longer cause they need to order the parts. After 2 weeks it came and they fixed it, Then after days there is a wire that hanging in my vehicle so i called them them they told me to come to shop so they can take a look, And they told me they just forgot to remove the old emergency break and its totally okay again. Last month its my maintenance i only have the car for 10 months and they qoute me for $4000 for repair i was in total shocked how come for 10 months i will ruin my vehicle with some rust and break problems, I inform my sales agent about this issue and he told me that is the problem of used vehicle, And i feel betrayed cause i trust this dealership so much and this is what i am getting in return. More
