He’s ridiculously professional, reasonable, and pleasant to deal with. He genuinely cares about giving the customer a fair shake and excellent service. I just had a real disapointing experience at this dealership. I booked appointment to check out a truck at 5pm. I asked my boss if I can leave work early so I can get there on time and drove all the dealership. I booked appointment to check out a truck at 5pm.
