Lokey has a golden salesperson over at VW alessio was good from start to finish I have had lots of experience in buying cars and this experience was truly seamless. I needed to returned to the dealership to have an after market installation. I had the pleasure of working with Chris as my service advisor. Chris gave me the timeline for the installation and made sure that I had a loaner car to use. Chris went as far as calling me to inform me of a delay in a few parts and updated the timetable. I also had an opportunity to work with Joe and Dominic! Both of them took the time to show countless features on the Tiguan. Clear explanations about the numerous features of the car!
