I found this dealership to be very disappointing, the Cadillac we purchased was not clean …after i pointed out the headlight not cleaned from glue the second time still wasn’t cleaned, interior still ha Cadillac we purchased was not clean …after i pointed out the headlight not cleaned from glue the second time still wasn’t cleaned, interior still have glue from stickers on the door .. the headliner wasn’t clean… no carpet or seats freshened up… mats thrown in on the unclean carpets … window shield had to be cleaned by us before we could drive … over charged for floor mats my understanding Nick was including them in price of the vehicle .. and I feel we were over charged on the under coat… my understanding that they do undercoat on all there vehicle … I was not thinking there was Hugh upcharge … when we were there to purchase we were offered lunch, coffee ext… we found Nick was very accommodating and then kept his distance not even bother to say Hello when we came to pickup …also we were told we needed to book for oil change on a new purchase… problems with phones and other electronics… we will not recommend this dealership or return for service… very poor customer relationship.. Worst experience we’ve have ever had. Tires were mounted incorrectly when purchased and we took it in for service the female was laughing in the inspection video about that and when we to Tires were mounted incorrectly when purchased and we took it in for service the female was laughing in the inspection video about that and when we told them we purchased the vehicle there they would not honour fixing the problem made lots of excuses but when we read the certification inspection checklist it says that was checked I guess that is not true. The female service manager Teryn was very rude to us cause it seems she is allowed to be with no consequences. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership ever again would have been nice to hear from someone like we asked her higher up terrible customer service.Also talked to Dileep still never heard back it’s been a week he said he would get back to us haha still nothing. Would be nice to her from someone. Oleh sold us the vehicle did he make sure things were not just checked off that they were really checked? Beware of Don Wheaton Ed Clark More
