Diane Carlyon is the most amazing and professional I first met Diane when I traded my ford edge in for a ford escape :). I have already sent two other customers to Diane, unfortunately one went to anot I first met Diane when I traded my ford edge in for a ford escape :). I have already sent two other customers to Diane, unfortunately one went to another car salesmen because she forgot Diane's name but still but a Ford Escape :). My son and Kayla recently purchase a flex and the experience they had was nothing but positive and helpful not only by Diane but also, Brandon and Vance. My daughter is going into see Diane today and hopefully she will be able to get out of the vehicle she's in and into a Ford. Diane Carlyon you are one amazing and beautiful person. Found a truck at Zender then hooked up with Diane for the "negotiations". Had a lot of fun with that and even managed to get the shirt off Brandons back! Easy to deal with and no pressure, two important qualities in a dealership. Vance knew what it took to get the financing and within minutes the signing of papers began. Will use them again when in the market for another vehicle. More

First new car purchase I never liked Ford but my dad insisted I go into Zender and see Diane and at least check them out. So I did. I was upfront with her as she was a long I never liked Ford but my dad insisted I go into Zender and see Diane and at least check them out. So I did. I was upfront with her as she was a long time friend of my father's and told her I love my Hondas and that was the only car for me. She had me test drive a Focus and albeit it wasn't a bad little car. Much better than the other Fords I have driven and seen in the past but it just wasn't a Honda. So she mentioned to me that if I really wanted a Honda she could get me one. I was blown away. Never in a million years did I think such a think was possible! She was going to find me my dream car, even if it wasn't a Ford. I had considered just going to a Honda dealership and purchasing one there but Diane was so friendly and made me feel no pressure at all so I decided to take her up on her offer because I knew that she wouldn't jerk me around like I have always feared when walking into a dealership. Not even a few hours after I had left Zender Ford I received a call from Diane saying that she had already found a used Honda and that they could have it in the next day for me to look at. Talk about service!! She walked me through the whole process (even when I felt a bit freaked out about this being such a big decision to me) and left me in the capable hands of the finance department when it came time for me to sign about 100 pieces of paper! I love this car to the moon and back! It is everything I could have ever wanted and a whole lot more! And what an amazing deal! They really do love their customers and as a very satisfied customer, I love them, too! The rating system only goes up to 5 starts, if I could I would give them Diane and the rest of the crew a 10! More
