I recently bought from a private seller a Ford Mustang Convertible that had a provincial insurance inspection claiming that the car was “road worthy” in all details. Their sympathy for my plight was obvious. From Diana, my Service Advisor, all the way to the top Service manager and back down to the service technicians, they all made their best efforts to fix my car. From the front to the rear suspension, steering and brakes. They repaired it all. As the Service Manager explained “...at least the car is not trying to kill me now!”. While the time and money were a factor, it was the quality of work and the customer service that made it all worth while. I can happily recommend NorthStar Ford to anyone who needs their Ford repaired. More
