Hi Diana, i was there a few weeks ago to have my brakes and rotors replaced you where a great help, as to the matter at hand i had my halo car jumper/tire inflater under the drivers side seat in a case,i always kept it there and no one else uses my car the day after i left your facility i needed a jump start i went to retrieve my jumper and it was gone again no one uses my car but me, i called your facility and tried to reach you but you were not available, i was told the service manager would contact me but never did, i called back and got the run around, i enjoyed the service i was recieving there for the past few years so any help in clarifying this situation would be great, thank you
No oil change should take more than 30 minutes.
