They are liars. Michael (closing agent) is a liar. They first ran my credit report (soft version) and they said that I was pre-approved. Later they run my real credit report to formally approve my loan (financing). I signed all required closing documents and I was given one set of keys and I drove a new car home that night. A few days later I received a phone call to inform me that my financing was declined. More
