It toom 2 months to get my car back. They lost my car. Killed my battery and made me purchase a new one. No communication. Devin the service guy is absolutely useless. Service manag They lost my car. I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours for an oil change! With the new, huge place there should be a dedicated service bay strictly for LOFs! Car sustained $7K in damages while in for a $70 oil change. Dealership repaired and provided an equivalent loaner and comp’t the oil change but there was no communication from management, much less an change. Dealership repaired and provided an equivalent loaner and comp’t the oil change but there was no communication from management, much less an apology. I was left to coordinate with the dealership’s insurance adjuster and when I received the repaired car, dashboard warning lights were on indicating that replaced sensors were not function properly causing me to have to return the car again. Dealer made no consideration for reduced residual value (CarFacts impact). I understand that things happen. It’s how things are handled afterward is what reveals that character of the organization. This was a lost opportunity for this dealership to impress using factors it could control after a negative event. I am/was in the market for an Ionic 6 this summer but am likely moving in another direction due to this experience. More
