Unfortunately, I had to follow up with the dealership myself only to be informed that there was an unforeseen issue that came up that would delay delivery of my new purchase. Both Rich and Derrick showed great care and support towards myself to ensure that I was delivered the vehicle of my choice. It took some time but in the end they were able to provide great service and show exceptional care towards their customer. More

However, our experience with Team Chrysler dealership was exceptional and the sales associated (Derrick) have been so helpful and never shows any frustration even at a time we were having test drive more than 4 or 5 cars, he was smiling all the time . I will definitely recommend this sales person for all my friends and if we want to buy a car in the future this dealership will be on top of our list !!! Bravo and keep up the good work and finally our appreciation to the general manager (George) for his intervention when we decided to change the car that we original signed for and he have accepted our request and changed the car without any further issues and the car was delivered to us the same day, which you don't see these days at any other dealership !!!!!
