Disappointed We had them roll a Jeep Cherokee out of the showroom a couple weeks ago for a test drive. Upon return and checking out everything on the vehicle, we We had them roll a Jeep Cherokee out of the showroom a couple weeks ago for a test drive. Upon return and checking out everything on the vehicle, we went in to make an offer. The problem with this is another sales rep sold the vehicle while we where test driving it. How this is allowed to happen is just brutal service and a huge waste of an hour drive there. The sales rep we dealt with was a great guy with good knowledge. How the dealership could sell a vehicle while people from out of town are out driving it is incredibly poor service. More
