I visited the dealership on Monday March 16th to inquire on a vehicle I seen on their webpage. I was immediately introduced to Dennis. He informed me the vehicle was off the lot and he could get it to show on a vehicle I seen on their webpage. I was immediately introduced to Dennis. He informed me the vehicle was off the lot and he could get it to show me. I set up an appointment for Thursday March 19 at 1:30pm. I recieved a text message prior to my appointment that it was ready for me to view which was really nice. I arrived at the appointment, Dennis answered all my questions clearly. He had to stay back but I was introduced to Mona for the test drive. She went over the features of the vehicle very well and was very pleasant to deal with. The test drive wasn't rushed nor was the amount of time looking at it. I liked it and was moved to Martin in Finance. He explained the packages very well to best suit my needs. This was my first car purchase and it went very well because of the welcoming and wonderful staff I came across during my visit. I left the vehicle for the next day to get cleaned and auto detailed, they did an amazing job. Very happy with my purchase from Crestview Chrysler. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone! More
