After spending $100,000 on a vehicle you think they would care about their customers, they clearly don’t- was promised a lot that was never delivered, the lady in finance was sketchy as xxxx she let my boyfr care about their customers, they clearly don’t- was promised a lot that was never delivered, the lady in finance was sketchy as xxxx she let my boyfriend trade off my vehicle he wasn’t even on title for, she wasn’t going to take our proof of insurance until I told her too, she photo copied it in front of me but it some how never got put in any system, my old vehicle payments are still coming out and we traded my old vehicle off over a week ago… they keep promising us a cheque for the amount they over charged us on the bill of sale which they refused to change and kept telling us it was better for us to do it this way which keeps getting delayed; they had to re do the bill of sale 4 times as they could not get the information right and even then could not bother to correct it all, do yourself a favour and avoid this place like the plague. Finance is SKETCHY and who knows if we will ever get the reimbursed amount with out needing to contact a lawyer at this point. If nothings changed ASAP going to explore our options at bringing back the vehicle as it’s not worth the ring around this dealership has given us. Would give less than 1 star if I could. More
