Always The team at Courtesy Ford in London were very easy to work with. We dealt with Dee and he was very good at explaining all of the small details. Always kept us informed throughout the process. There was an issue with the door handles on our new truck. Will in service was prompt to get it fixed and also kept us informed as to the timing. We understand that things could go wrong but the team there was quick to keep us informed and handled it perfectly. 10/10 experience for us. We're a young family and will now go back to Courtesy Ford for our future vehicle purchases based on this experience. Thank you! More
