in short, 45 days suffering with unprofessional staff. I received my new brand Ford car with lack of accessories that I paid for. Dee, Shane and AK promised me to receive the accessories and to fix a smal I received my new brand Ford car with lack of accessories that I paid for. Dee, Shane and AK promised me to receive the accessories and to fix a small error found in the car from the first week. However they gave me five useless appointments and my new car was kept for two weeks at the agency, then I received my car un-fixed and scratched on the roof. The staff are working as a gang, unprofessional people, provide fake information and promises. My advice don't get involve with them in anyway. More

Steer clear of this place. . New Lincoln and trouble from day 1. Multiple electrical issues, Lincoln way App didn't work,kept getting notices "deep sleep mode:, remote features . New Lincoln and trouble from day 1. Multiple electrical issues, Lincoln way App didn't work,kept getting notices "deep sleep mode:, remote features not available.. Welcome lighting didn't work, hatch wouldn't open, seat wouldn't come back to position, auto hold not working, crash avoidance not working or would come on 2 minutes after someone pulled out in front of you, Car in many times for 2 weeks at a time and come back nothing fixed. Took many videos of things not working, have many texts and e-mails about all these issues. The service department said they didn't know what is wrong and dealership wanted to buy car back. They couldn't fix it?? Lincoln Canada was no help, they said to keep taking car back to dealership to be fixed?? Dealership said they couldn't fix it. Nobody from the service department all the way to the top tell the truth.. Texts,e-mails etc.. Check your paper work, they charged me for a used car warranty?? It is a new Lincoln, 2 charges on there I had to get refunded for. I don't know what a person would do if they had financed a car there. You would be stuck. I traded it and lost a ton of money but the car wasn't safe. Back to the imports and never a domestic hunk of junk Lincoln again. That was another thing, they didn't want me to pay cash?? To finance it.. I had to get in touch with Meghan to pay cash?? What a place. If you have to buy a Lincoln at least find a dealership that has the ability to fix these things. Courtesy Lincoln hasn't a clue, again - texts,emails etc.. Good luck and good riddance. More
