Zabi is the best salesman of anything I've ever worked with. He does his absolute best to get the best deal possible for his customers. He is also a genuinely wonderful guy. Dean the sales manager is also very reasonable and doesn't play games or try to trick you into anything like some sales managers. Paul (finance manager) is very very slow and made an otherwise excellent experience end poorly to the point I wanted to leave ASAP. He is not terribly friendly and like I said VERY slow. If you want a Honda, Zabi is your man! He is absolutely exceptional in every way. Just pray you get Ozzy as your finance manager instead. More

We travel a good distance (we don't live in Simi) to patronize this particular family-owned Honda dealership because they are worth it. Bottom line - they pride themselves on the customer leaving happy - whatever it takes. They don't play games and there are no surprises. When you arrive, you are not pounced upon by aggressive salespeople. Just the opposite - you are greeted like a friend and listened to. The "car salesperson" stereotype does not exist here.
