So I called in for the service department to inquire about an oil change price and a few other details (not a previous customer, just heard good things about them and potentially looking to buy a new ve about an oil change price and a few other details (not a previous customer, just heard good things about them and potentially looking to buy a new vehicle from the dealership) Got Judy on the phone, made sure to ask her name, as she was one of the least helpful and rudest people I have ever encountered. After a pretty useless and frustrating conversation I still didn’t have any answers. Couple of days later I called again and this time I got Dawn on the phone and it’s like a called a completely different dealership. Very helpful and knowledgeable and she did make me feel that my business mattered for them, even if it was for an oil change and some minor repairs. Will definitely bring my Jeep in. More

I have nothing but good words for this dealership. I had to make a long trip up North the next day and I did not have any winter tires. No other dealership was able to take in my vehicle, but Leduc Chrysler to make a long trip up North the next day and I did not have any winter tires.
