We are from Saskatoon and Josh, our salesman, sent us the car fax and information on extended warranty. He also arranged for a complimentary oil change prior to us coming there. Upon arriving at the dealership in Winnipeg, the entire staff welcomed us and made us feel valued. Two different staff pointed us to the customer lounge and washrooms. After viewing and test driving the car with Josh, David, the finance salesman, expeditiously completed the sales transaction. Our car was ready to go the next morning with a full tank of gas. After returning to Saskatoon, David called to make sure we made it home safely. Josh has followed up 3 times now to see if we are happy with our purchase and if there are any issues. Unfortunately, we have not had the car safetied yet at our dealership in Saskatoon due to circumstances beyond our control. Josh called again this morning to see how the Saskatchewan safety went. He said he would follow again up next week. We would recommend this dealership and David snd Josh to family and friends. More
