Before visiting Whitby Toyota, I visited a few closer dealerships to me and one experience in particular felt greasy like a used car dealership on Kingston Rd in Scarborough. The "local dealerships" promised the sun and the moon on the phone and when I got there it was games and like pulling teeth getting the straight numbers out of them. I went to Whitby, great experience, fair pricing, and just an over all good experience. Thanks guys! More

Best Dealership in Whitby. This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and I am so impressed with Shawn McCallum . We now live in Orillia and we made the This is the second Toyota that I have purchased from Whitby Toyota and I am so impressed with Shawn McCallum . We now live in Orillia and we made the 1.5 hour drive down to Whitby Toyota to test drive a 2015 Rav4. After the test drive we purchased the Rav 4. The price we settled on was excellent and the vehicle had very low Kms. We received a call from Shawn advising that we can pick up the Rav4 2 days later around 2 pm. We received a call the day before the scheduled pick up date telling us that the SUV would be available around 9 am instead of 2 pm as Shawn didn’t want us to have to drive back to Orillia in the afternoon traffic. Shawn was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. I would like to thank Dave Marshall for taking the time to talk with us and introducing us to Shawn. More
