Love my RAV4! Thank you Hayden :) I came in one afternoon to look at a RAV4 and i spoke with Arda, his product knowledge wasn't great and it seemed like he just sorta wanted me out of I came in one afternoon to look at a RAV4 and i spoke with Arda, his product knowledge wasn't great and it seemed like he just sorta wanted me out of there unless i was buying. He gave me some info and i was gone, i thought about going some where else but didn't want to drive all over for just to buy one vehicle. My uncle & I came back the next week and Arda wasn't there my uncle had some questions about the quote we got and some other things about the RAV4. A young man named Hayden was there and asked if we needed a hand? We told him we were looking for Arda and he said he was off that day so Hayden said okay what can i do for you? My uncle explained everything and Hayden sat us down and really impressed us. His product knowledge was very good he was polite not pushy or anything and actually ended up saving the deal and sold us a demo RAV4 they had in white! I was very happy with the service he showed us and he explained he came to Whitby Toyota because they were really good at what they do and how they treat people and we definitely noticed that with him. We would come back and see him if we need anything else and would recommend others to do the same! Hayden is the complete opposite of the stigma against car sales people! What I have valued over the years (my first car, a Toyota Corolla SR5, was purchased at Whitby Toyota in 1985) is the warm welcome and the offer of assistance. As time has passed my husband and I have come to be known to many of the staff and are especially pleased with the time provided to us by Gary Brown - our Leasing Expert. We are convinced that the TOYOTA name means that one will drive away with a beautiful and safe automobile (or truck, although we've not tried these). The vehicles continue to be updated with user friendly electronics and safety features. Our more recent vehicle, a 2020 Toyota Corolla SR is a great car. It's spacious and the rear camera provides an excellent view. The first time I drove the car I felt as though I was driving on silk ... it is such a smooth ride. I can't say enough about the PEOPLE and the PRODUCTS at Whitby Toyota. More
