I dropped the vehicle off on a Tuesday and did not hear anything back until the following Monday and that was only after I had to call 3 times. I understand there is a high volume etc but a courtesy call from an advisor just saying hey the vehicle is being worked on, we need to order parts etc. the customer shouldn’t have to chase down the status of the vehicle. This was our major complaint about courtesy dodge in Brandon which is a lot closer to our home. We still elect to come to Jerry Ulm More
