I believe that when you are in sales, it is an expectation to treated professionally and with respect. I had the pleasure of working with David Gibbs who is a sales representative for Courtest Ford. To say I was treated professionally and with respect is a complete understatement. I’m not going to get into details about my deal, but I have no idea how they did what they did so quickly. Outstanding service from the moment I arrived, someone had greeted me before I had the chance to walk in the front door. I can’t, in good conscience, not reiterate how pleased I am from start to finish with David Gibbs from Courtesy Ford. I’ll be using him for all my deals in the future. More

Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by one of the sales guys named Dave Gibbs. Dave treated me with the upmost respect and I never once felt pressured to increase my budget like I had when I visited other dealerships. Dave was nothing but helpful in showing me vehicles that fit my budget and even took me for a test drive. Although after shopping around I decided to purchase something different I felt compelled to write Dave and the people at Courtesy Ford a positive review based on their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Courtesy Ford (specifically Dave Gibbs) if you're interested in buying a new or used vehicle. Thanks again Dave and I'll definitely be paying you a visit for my next vehicle. More
