It was painless, within my budget and I understood clearly every step of the process. I have trust with Dave and know that he will move mountains to get me the right deal. He did just that with my recent purchase of a 2017 Ford Escape. Chris Tarala was able to make all of Dave's recommendation for the right deal happen.
