I am so thankful to have found, and to have, David Doden as my service representative. He is a rare find and very valuable to me in maintaining my cars over the years. Excellent service advisor, Dave Doden, exemplary maintenance staff, friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated John, giving me a ride to my home and an offer to pick me up if I needed a ride back to th maintenance staff, friendly and helpful staff. I have a 2007 Ridgeline with rust issues. A recall was issued a couple years ago by Honda to owners to have the vehicle checked out and repaired by a local dealer. I called today Aug 1 at 9am to ask for help. The person on the service phone kept interrupting me, not listening to my questions, and telling me over and over again that I have to wait for a HONDAA CORP letter stating when the parts would be available for the recall. Its been years so I know the parts are available for order but this person did not want to give me an appointment and hung up on me. WOW, very POOR. I called the Estero dealer who was very glad to assist and offered an appointment immediately. WOW. Very good. Instead of 10 miles I now have to go 25 miles for service. More
