This is the third new vehicle I've purchased altogether since 2016. Started out with on-line consultant David Cutler, who answered all my questions right away, and found a truck for me to come see and test drive. Upon arrival, never felt under any pressure from salesman Joe DeMarco. He was very personable and enthusiastic. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle (2020 GMC Sierra) and all of its features. I could tell he genuinely liked the truck as much as I did. We dealt with Tony Mazzola for the finance part. He was very up front and straight-forward. No pressure from him, either. Overall, I felt everyone was up front and to the point. No smoke and mirrors or pressure to buy something you didn't really want. I would definitely recommend Faulkner for your next new vehicle. Typical car salesman and tactics. Did not get a good deal here but since I wanted the exact car they had I sucked it up and paid through the nose. Also they put me in a loan far above what I could of got on my own. I know this for a fact as I got approved by my own bank for a loan 2.5% lower than what was their best offer. I will be refinancing as soon as I get my payment book from their bank. Should have had that worked out before I came in but I thought how different could it be. Turns out alot. Long story short like the Geico commercial says "it's just ok" More
