I bought a brand new 2024 truck and on the way home, I noticed that the radio knob was broken. I called the sales rep who was quick to pass me off to the service center. No problem I figured. I tried to get the service writer to just ship me the knob but he insisted that I bring the truck in for service. I made my early morning appointment and was there 15 mins early even. Almost three hours later, I went to go find out what the heck was going on and the tech was just finishing up - ORDERING the part. I left having wasted my whole morning waiting on the tech to order the WRONG PART. that's right I went back the next Saturday and waited another hour only to find that the wrong part was ordered. At that point, the service writer said that he would just ship me the part, which is what I wanted them to do in the first place. I am now a month out with still no parts, no followup, and zero customer care! More

Horrible customer service and communication. This company does not keep their commitments. My net promoter score is negative zero. They initially stated that the repaint of our Highlander would This company does not keep their commitments. My net promoter score is negative zero. They initially stated that the repaint of our Highlander would take six weeks. Now they call early to say it’s done which is great but they call on a Wednesday afternoon expecting we should pick it up yesterday because Toyota corporate supposedly will only pay for the loaner for 17 days and they took longer than that to finish the job. I shared that I am going out of town for the weekend and asked the woman who called if we could keep the loaner until Monday with out an additional charge. She said let me ask and came back to the phone “yes, that is ok. No extra charge to pick up your vehicle Monday”. 20 minutes later someone else called back saying the loaner was due back yesterday but they would “do us a favor and pay for today”. We live 2 hours away and could have had this work done locally. Big mistake in hindsight giving our business to Cobb County Collision. We were going to have our service work done at Cobb Toyota but they lost a customer over this. We just hope the work isn’t as lousy as the customer communication. Definitely would not recommend this shop for your vehicle repairs. More

Had 2 recalls. Only one was addressed. The other recall I was told had to have a part ordered and was supposed to take 2-3 days. It has been 3 weeks. I paid for the Only one was addressed. I paid for the extended warranty but was told I would only be supplied a rental if the repairs took more than a day which it is but I was refused a rental. Still have a fire hazard recall which is not being addressed. More

Juan Carlos was a great advisor, and informed me quickly about a costly repair. He was very understanding and patient while my wife and I determined if we wanted to do it.
